We refer to our team selection process as "EVALUATIONS" instead of tryouts because we make it a point not to turn away any athlete who has the passion, drive, and resources to commit to our program.

STEP 1- REVIEW EVALUATION EXPECTATIONS

• Before registering, please review the tumbling expectations for each level.

• During the individual assessments, all athletes will be asked to perform the evaluation dance.

• If your flyer wants to be considered for a flying position this season, you will need to register & attend the flyer assessments. Review the expectations of body position & stunt skills

STEP 2- REGISTER

• Create an account with family & athlete information on iClassPro
• Register for an Individual Assessment (Reminder to pick only one date)
• Online Payment Required ($50)

• If your athlete would like to be considered for a flying position, please also register for a flying assessment by birth year.
  • Ages 7 & up
  • Past flyers MUST participate in the flying assessment. 
  • Please note that participating in the flying assessment DOES NOT guarantee a flying position this season***
• Online Payment Required ($25)

  *Please note that your registration will not be processed until any outstanding balance you may have is paid in full

STEP 3- PRINT 

• ATHLETE EVALUATION FORM
• Complete & Bring form(s) with you to Evaluations
  • PLEASE REVIEW & FOLLOW OUR PARKING GUIDELINES BEFORE ARRIVING

WHAT TO EXPECT:

VIDEO EVALUATIONS

Video evaluations MAY be allowed in cases of athletes that live extremely far away. For Video Evaluations, please follow these steps: 

1. REGISTER for a video evaluation on our online portal
2. Fill out the ATHLETE EVALUATION FORM
3. Please video your athlete doing the following
   1. Standard Standing Tumbling
   2. ONE Specialty Standing Tumbling
   3. Standard Running Tumbling
   4. ONE Specialty Running Tumbling
   5. Jumps (one double jump & one single jump of choice)
   6. Evaluation Dance
   7. Stunting Ability (please try to showcase their stunting ability with other athletes and not coaches)
4. Submit Evaluation Form & Video to buckley@topgunswfl.com by May 15th.
